NGO CCR with support from its Partners ensures that each and every year peopleare presented with a Citizen Budget that is well translated for people to be able tounderstand where government will be taking its revenue in that particular year andhow it is going to be spending it. Citizen Budgets and Open Budget are transparent,offer opportunities for inclusive public participation, and include well-functionoversight by independent institutions like parliament and audit office.
NGO CCR also encourages people to question the government where need be toensure that there is accountability and transparency in government spending.
